The iconic Nauset Lighthouse has been a beacon of interest to sailors and tourists as well.  It's red and white paint scheme sets it apart from the multitude of lighthouses on Cape Cod.  It guards the National Seashore and has been moved inland to save it from the ravages of many storms on the coast.
